We are looking for an Independent Problem Solver who has their eye on the details and can find the balance between Business Functions and Technical Solutions, through their experienced ingenuity and company-provided resources, while effectively communicating with a diverse set of individuals, to fill our Senior Systems Analyst role!

Mission

A Sr. Systems Analyst is a well-rounded technical employee who designs, implements, and maintains IT software systems, serving employee-owners across departments and organizations. They analyze business processes and design IT systems to augment them. They maintain these systems and train end-users, when needed.

From their years of experience, they have in-depth knowledge of systems architecture, programming languages, network systems, cloud infrastructure, possess expert troubleshooting skills, and have experience with end-user training. To be an expert Sr. Systems Analyst, they shall design and implement scalable, future-ready, and user-friendly systems that meet the needs of the stakeholders and provide value to the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field. Preferred minimum of 10 years’ experience in an IT environment.

  • Completed advanced systems training
  • Working independently on projects, completing to OTD KPI

KPI’s

  1. 98% on-time completion of operational projects
  2. 97.77% systems uptime
