Production Operator/Light Assembly
Job purpose
The Production Operator is a vital point in our operations. As a Production Operator you will be responsible for assembling and producing top-notch equipment to our valued customers.
The Production Operator supports the sales effort by producing products to meet customers’ requirements. The role also strives to meet efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery goals.
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following qualities:

Essential Duties and responsibilities
Performs Production Duties
- Follow established methods and procedures
- Use hand and power tools, production equipment and assembly fixtures
- Read and interpret blue prints and drawings as needed
- Complete and maintain paperwork for parts
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follow prescribed safety procedures
- Monitor quality requirements and report defective materials or questionable conditions to production leaders. May participate in the determination of root cause and solution.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent degree (GED), 1 year of related manufacturing experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
